With respect, we try and prepare the best options available for your optimal dental health, include you in the decision making process and then provide you with the finest possible dental care.

When you come in for your appointment, payment is due for the services provided. We will then promptly electronically submit the charges to your insurance company and have them send the benefit check directly to you. Benefits will be reimbursed based on your policy's out-of-network coverage.

For your convenience we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, personal checks and cash. Care Credit is available through our office if an extended payment plan is preferred.  Please do not allow the fear of cost to keep you from seeking dental treatment, as we are here to help and work with you.

 

If you need to change an appointment, please provide us the courtesy of 48 hours' notice. Missed appointments or appointments broken short notice may result in a charge.
